Job title: Senior Analyst, Quality Engineering

Location: Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects test and release all incoming raw & packing materials after the required testing and verification.
• Ensure that all the maintains for all instruments in the laboratory are done to deliver accuracy of test results.
• Track supplier performance and complaints and work to improve their capabilities to deliver defect free raw & packing materials
• Assist Quality Manager or delegate in the investigations and troubleshooting of quality problems encountered in all incoming packaging materials
• Maintain and keep quality records of all incoming Raw & Packaging materials and finished product batches. Provide inspection record data base to maintain traceability of materials used for individual products. Store record and retain samples in area accessible to quality audit.
• Ensure all Lab system and SOP are maintained up to date and they are applied correctly on the floor 
• Track and issue Lab KPI and other required reports to sure that all measures are on track and in case of misses, can develop action plan to rectify the performance
• Support the QA leader in the different audits and ensure Labs are in complaints with all requirements
• Commitment towards SHE local and global corporate regulations & requirements

Experience you’ll bring:

• BS.C degree in chemistry, Bio or Since.
• Good knowledge about wet chemistry, CG, Micro & testing
• Knowledge and experience in gathering chemical and inspection data for statistical quality monitoring, analyses results, identify out-of-control conditions, trends and runs data for statistical quality monitoring, analyses results, identify out-of-control conditions, trends and runs
• Advanced English communication level both written and speaking
• Good knowledge about the computer systems operations
